You receive a written notice from Spire Recovery Solutions by mail or through a secure digital link. This notice includes the name of the original creditor, the amount owed, and instructions on how to respond.
Verify the Debt
If you do not recognize the debt or think the amount is wrong, you can dispute it. Your Rights explains how, and what Spire does after a dispute.
Review Your Options
Log in to your account to see your resolution options. You can pay in full, settle, or set up a payment plan, whatever works best for your situation.
Resolve the Debt
Once you choose an option and complete payment, we update your account. The portal shows a confirmation for your records.
